Shipping Info:

All orders are shipped via regular service UPS or FedEx and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Shipping costs will be added to all orders. For expedited service, please contact customer service. International shipments are available with preparation of all custom papers.

Delivery:

In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 hours. Same-day shipment is available at no additional charge. For special handling or events, please contact customer service. Non-stock apparel items require 7 to 10 days for shipment.

Bulk Orders:

In some cases, large orders for a single item may qualify for a quantity discount. For large quantities, contact:

Prices/Sales Tax:

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are F.O.B. Michigan City, Indiana. Indiana residents add 7% sales tax. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax. All other state and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the end user. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Method of Payment:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Provide the 16-digit card number, the name as it appears on the card, and the expiration date. Net 30 terms are available for certain preapproved accounts. Please call customer service for more information.

Returns/Exchanges:

Stock items may be returned within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied. However, personalized and custom orders are not returnable. Products and colors may be slightly different than how they appear on this website. Shortage or damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
